Mark Salomon

CEO

Mark obtained his BS in Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). In 1982, he joined Southland Corporation as Director of construction, energy, and maintenance for the east coast region, responsible for the construction management and successful expansion of stores, gas stations, and food distribution centers.

The consummate entrepreneur, Mark has extensive experience launching, expanding, and managing diverse yet complementary business models. As founder and CEO of a residential development Company, he produced projects valued at over $200,000,000 throughout the New York area in the 1980’s and 1990’s. In 1990, Mark founded a full-service financial platform which currently holds and services $15,000,000 in assets.

Mark is currently COO of “Provest Management,” which owns and operates approximately 1M Sq Ft of retail assets throughout the US. Mark is responsible for the overall management of the Fund and serves as lead allocator of capital.

Ravi Persaud

COO

Ravi obtained his BS from the City University of New York in 1995 and his MBA from NYU in 1997. He joined A.I.G. as a senior system analyst from 1994-2000 and worked at Accenture as a Database Analyst from 2000-2015.

Ravi is founder of “R&S Import/Export Co” which is predominantly responsible for shipping various items from the US, St. Maarten, India, China and UAE to Guyana. In 2015, Ravi was hired as a consultant for Provest Properties. He has since moved up into management, where he oversees the purchasing and scheduling of new builds, remodels, and on-going maintenance issues.

Ravi holds dual citizenship in USA/Guyana and has been integral in providing guidance and support to Mark Salomon in the construction of numerous multifamily projects in Guyana. Ravi is the lead on outsourcing materials and contracts for the import business.

AJ Watkins

Investor Relations

AJ is the founder of The Oak & Avery Group, an investment sales firm based in New York, where he has successfully negotiated transactions exceeding $500 million.

Prior to the commercial real estate scene, AJ worked in the financial industry holding positions in both equities trading and investment banking.

At Marcha, AJ is responsible for raising capital where he orchestrates the acquisition of funds needed for the company's operations and growth initiatives. He holds a BS in Economics from Cornell University.
